Actions

Actions are the commands that run when a phrase matches.

When Action Phrase recognizes one of your phrases, its assigned actions are executed immediately (depending on your selected run mode). Actions are what connect your voice to real-world results — whether that’s triggering automation, sending commands, or controlling external systems.

How Actions Work

• A phrase can have one or more actions.
• Actions run in the order they are listed.
• Actions can use parameters captured from the phrase.
• Actions execute automatically or manually based on your run mode (Auto, Manual, or Smart).

Actions do nothing on their own — they only run when triggered by a matching phrase.
