Creating and building a Room

To create a room, do the following:

• Tap Rooms in the Tab bar
• Tap +

A Room can include:

• name/description and optional image,
• one or more Speakers,
• optional Voice Samples per speaker for mapping,
• at least one Trigger or Standby Action workflow.

Speakers

Rooms support tracking up to four speakers for voice mapping and condition evaluation.

For each speaker:

• enable/disable them for the session,
• attach a Voice Sample to improve diarization,
• control whether the speaker can run phrase-based actions,
• apply listen framing and phrase scope as needed.

Triggers

Use Triggers to automate actions based on live conditions like:

• a specific speaker talking/silent,
• multiple speakers talking,
• no one talking,
• unknown speaker activity,
• level threshold checks,
• timer-based conditions.

You can also tune:

• trigger timing (hold and repeat delay),
• priority,
• fire mode (continuous vs start/stop),
• and action phase behavior.

Standby Actions

Standby Actions run when Standby Mode is enabled.\ It pauses normal trigger evaluation and runs your preconfigured emergency/recovery action set.\
