Groups

Groups help you organize phrases into logical collections so you can manage, enable, and trigger them more efficiently. If phrases are the things you say, Groups are how you structure them.

What Are Groups?

A Group is a container for phrases.

You can use Groups to:

• Organize phrases by event, project, or client
• Separate rehearsal content from live content
• Enable or disable entire sets of phrases at once
• Keep large libraries manageable

Groups do not run actions themselves — phrases inside them do.

Manual Groups

Manual Groups allow you to explicitly choose which phrases belong inside.

• You add phrases directly to the group.
• Only the phrases you select appear inside.
• You control membership manually.

Smart Groups

Smart Groups automatically include phrases based on tags. Instead of manually adding phrases, you define criteria — and matching phrases are included automatically.
