Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. Action Phrase does not collect, transmit, or sell any personally identifiable information or location data.

All app data — including Phrases, Actions, and Groups — is stored privately on your devices and may be synchronized via Apple iCloud if you are signed in with iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled. This data remains entirely under your control and is protected by Apple’s privacy and security policies. The developer of Action Phrase has no access to this information.

Activity Logs are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared automatically. You may choose to export or share these logs manually for your own analysis or troubleshooting; this action is completely optional and under your control.

If you delete Action Phrase, all local data stored on your device will be removed. However, data synced with iCloud (such as Phrases, Actions, and Groups) will remain in your iCloud account and may be restored automatically if you reinstall the app while signed in to iCloud. You can permanently delete this data from your iCloud account via your device’s iCloud settings.

Action Phrase does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks of any kind.
