Settings

Tap the More Menu in the upper-right corner and choose Settings. On iPadOS and macOS, there is a dedicated Settings button in the upper-right of the sidebar.

Plan Details

View your current membership tier (Free, Core, Studio, or Ultimate), check renewal/end dates, restore purchases, and manage your membership. This screen also shows which features are included at your current tier.

Notifications

Choose when Action Phrase should notify you:

Remote Control

Remote Control includes dedicated configuration for Shortcuts and OSC, plus external-trigger behavior.

Shortcuts

Enable or disable phrase evaluation via the Shortcuts app.

OSC

Enable OSC server control, set the OSC port, view active IP address endpoints, and allow phrase evaluation via OSC.

External Trigger Behavior

Use Bypass Activation Gates to let external triggers run phrases without spoken activation phrase or press-and-hold requirements.

Storage

Storage settings also include an iCloud sync refresh action.

Refresh iCloud Data

Manually requests an iCloud sync and shows sync status feedback in Settings.

History

History includes a display pinning option under the name Show Latest Match.

Show Latest Match

Keeps the History view focused on the newest match entry as activity comes in.

Appearance

Appearance includes layout and transcript styling options in addition to color scheme.

Accessory Bar

Configure tab bar/sidebar accessory layout behavior.

Highlight Phrase Variables

Toggles variable highlighting style in matched phrase text.

Badges

Control whether active phrase count badges are shown.

Reset

Reset includes additional maintenance options beyond resetting settings and erasing data.

Reset Voice Enrollment Profiles

Deletes saved voice enrollment profiles, embeddings, and stored voice samples.

Erase All Data Scope

You can erase all data, iCloud-only data, or on-device-only data. Erase uses two confirmations.

Restore Reminder Prompts

Restores “Don’t Remind Me Again” prompts so those confirmations appear again.

View Onboarding

Displays the welcome onboarding screen again.
