Allen & Heath SQ

The Allen & Heath SQ action turns your phrase-triggered workflow into precise SQ console control by sending MIDI-over-TCP commands directly from your automation flow. It uses one connection setup and then executes scene recall, mute, level, and pan/balance actions across supported SQ targets, making it easy to automate show moves, scene changes, and mix tweaks.

Commands

Recall Scene

• Required inputs: Scene (1–300)
• Recalled via SQ scene-select messages.

Set Mute

• Required inputs: Target Type, Target index, State (On/Off)
• Supported target types: Input Channel, Aux Input, FX Return, Group/Mix, Matrix, DCA, Mute Group

Set Level

• Required inputs: Target Type, Target index, Level
• Supports absolute values (0–127) or relative changes (+N / -N)
• Supported target types: Input Channel, Aux Input, FX Return, Group/Mix, Matrix, DCA

Set Pan/Balance

• Required inputs: Target Type, Target index, Pan/Balance (0–127; 0 left, 64 center, 127 right)
• Supported target types: Input Channel, Aux Input, FX Return, Group/Mix, Matrix
