Behringer X32

The Behringer X32 action lets you automate live-mixing control over OSC (UDP) from your action workflows, including channel, bus, DCA, matrix, main, and show-level operations, so you can trigger mixer changes quickly and consistently from phrases without manual desk interaction.

Commands

Input Mute/Unmute

• Required inputs: Input, State
• Constraints/ranges: Input 1–32; State is On/Off (action also accepts truthy aliases like 1, true, on, yes, y and falsey aliases like 0, off, false, no, n)
• Supported targets/options: Input channels only

Input Fader

• Required inputs: Input, Level Input (dB or Normalized), corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: Input 1–32
  • dB mode: -90 to 10 dB (-oo, -inf, -infinity, off, mute resolve to -90)
  • Normalized mode: 0 to 1
  • Values are quantized for OSC transport (fader resolution)
• Supported targets/options: Input channels only

Input Pan

• Required inputs: Input, Pan
• Constraints/ranges: Input 1–32
  • Pan preset options: Left 100, Left 50, Center, Right 50, Right 100, Custom
  • Unsupported combination note: the custom pan value is only used when Pan is set to Custom; otherwise preset is used
• Supported targets/options: Input channels only

Input Send On/Off

• Required inputs: Input, Bus, State
• Constraints/ranges: Input 1–32, Bus 1–16, State On/Off (with same boolean aliases as above)
• Supported targets/options: Input + bus pair

Input Send Level

• Required inputs: Input, Bus, Level Input (dB or Normalized), corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: Input 1–32, Bus 1–16
  • dB mode: -90 to 10 dB (-oo, -inf, -infinity, off, mute resolve to -90)
  • Normalized mode: 0 to 1
  • Level argument is quantized for OSC transport
• Supported targets/options: Input + bus pair

Bus Mute/Unmute

• Required inputs: Bus, State
• Constraints/ranges: Bus 1–16; State On/Off
• Supported targets/options: Buses

Bus Fader

• Required inputs: Bus, Level Input, corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: Bus 1–16
  • dB mode: -90 to 10 dB (-oo, -inf, -infinity, off, mute resolve to -90)
  • Normalized mode: 0 to 1
  • Values are quantized for OSC transport
• Supported targets/options: Buses

DCA Mute/Unmute

• Required inputs: DCA, State
• Constraints/ranges: DCA 1–8; State On/Off
• Supported targets/options: DCA groups

DCA Fader

• Required inputs: DCA, Level Input, corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: DCA 1–8
  • dB mode: -90 to 10 dB (-oo, -inf, -infinity, off, mute resolve to -90)
  • Normalized mode: 0 to 1
  • Values are quantized for OSC transport
• Supported targets/options: DCA groups

Main LR Mute/Unmute

• Required inputs: State
• Constraints/ranges: State On/Off
• Unsupported combinations: no input/bus target fields for this command
• Supported targets/options: Main Left/Right (Main LR)

Main LR Fader

• Required inputs: Level Input, corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: dB mode -90 to 10 or normalized 0 to 1; values are quantized for OSC transport
• Unsupported combinations: no level target fields for this command
• Supported targets/options: Main Left/Right (Main LR)

Main M/C Mute/Unmute

• Required inputs: State
• Constraints/ranges: State On/Off
• Unsupported combinations: no input/bus target fields for this command
• Supported targets/options: Main M/C

Main M/C Fader

• Required inputs: Level Input, corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: dB mode -90 to 10 or normalized 0 to 1; values are quantized for OSC transport
• Unsupported combinations: no level target fields for this command
• Supported targets/options: Main M/C

Matrix Mute/Unmute

• Required inputs: Matrix, State
• Constraints/ranges: Matrix 1–6; State On/Off
• Supported targets/options: Matrix outputs

Matrix Fader

• Required inputs: Matrix, Level Input, corresponding level value
• Constraints/ranges: Matrix 1–6
  • dB mode: -90 to 10 or normalized 0 to 1
  • Values are quantized for OSC transport
• Supported targets/options: Matrix outputs

Go Scene

• Required inputs: Scene
• Constraints/ranges: Scene 0–99
• Supported targets/options: Show scene slots

Go Snippet

Go Cue
